Carlos Cotes

Co-founder and Head of Operations at Granel Corp, he oversees the execution of bulk raw material operations from vessel nomination to final delivery. With more than 15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, and international trade, he leads the operations of key partnerships such as Valero in Colombia and Cargill in Chile.

Before co-founding Granel Corp, he held leadership roles at Interstate Commodities, Luzar Trading, and Graneles de Chile, building expertise in commercial execution, logistics, and risk management.

He is an Electrical Engineer with an MBA with an emphasis in Finance, combining analytical precision with a results-driven approach.
